So, is the persistent rumor that the murderer had and used a M240 ?? Photos being leaked of ARs, and reported "23 weapons" in the hotel room. Also mention of " .308" ammo..

Why hasn't this detail been confirmed?? The audio of the shooting sure sounds like a M240 being fired to me.

Doesn't sound like any M240 I've shot...and I've shot a bunch. Besides, if he had a M240...all the rest of the weapons would have been unnecessary...

No way in hell was it a 240. "If" it was someone is in big trouble. The 240 is not in civi hands as far as I know. Developed after 1986.

Because it is part of the conspiracy theory that the government or somebody else very powerful actually carried out the attack and the poor shooter we heard about was just a pawn. There were actually multiple shooters using belt-fed machine guns and new invisible helicopters or some such nonsense.

He had .308 ammo because he had at least two ARs in that caliber.
