Never have been really interested in a M&P but shot the full size 9 yesterday and kinda like it. Pretty aggressive grip stippling but I like the way it shoots. Just dropped off my 320C(just never warmed up to it) at my LGS/Range to be sold so might be getting my 1st M&P.

I have owned M&P's in the past and they were good guns. I like the new aggressive texture on the new ones too. You won't be disappointed in the M&P line.

I'm on the fence about a 2.0 also. They are selling 1.0 CORE models with two barrels (one threaded) for 599. I definitely want one with the tall sights and the threaded barrel, but am unsure as to whether to wait for the 2.0's to become readily available or go for this one.

I briefly had a M&P 9 mm. It was ok but didnt really impress me compared to the other polymers on the market. I bought a 2.0 in 40 and it is certainly a WOW gun. Everything about it is very impressive. Grip, trigger, finish, accuracy. It had it all. I am a glock guy thru and thru and honestly I would take a 2.0 over a glock any day. I absolutely love it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone.

I really wish they'd release the 2.0 5" in black already.

I handled one yesterday. I think the trigger is improved but the grip texture may be to aggressive for a lot of folks.
Also the price may make some think twice about one.

I have a M2.0 4,25 inc and fde 5 inch. Most accurate guns I've shot. I have most of the Glocks and like them. 19X, 19 g5 17 g5 custom 17 and 19 g4's. Great guns but my M2.0's with Apex flat triggers are the best and most accurate. I carry both of them. I won't discount the 19X as it is a close second to my M2.0's

    I have now acquired a S&W M&P 45 acp full size and 9mm compact, both M2.0.
The 45 is more accurate for me, quite possibly just me.
Both are good pistols and are reliable and feel good to me.

I have the 2.0 9mm and it's become my favorite gun. I have a Glock 19 as well but I think the 2.0 beats it in every category except size for concealment purposes. Excellent pointing characteristics, ergonomics and accuracy. Highly recommended.

Bought the Shield 9mm 2.0. Like it for a single stack.

I especially like the compact model and the 2.0 even more. The slightly additional thickness fits my hand much better than the Shield.

I shot the 2.0 compact. It won't replace my G19 but it is a solid gun.

Be careful if you get tall sights---not all holsters will accommodate the tall sight.

Bought the 2.0 4" compact yesterday morning. Took it to the range yesterday afternoon and really liked the way the gun shoots. Thinking now I want the 5" when the black version comes out.

I have both too and still prefer the 19. The 2.0 is a nice and dependable gun though. I have almost Two cases of FMJ through mine without issue.
