How do you like it? How does it run? How does it compare to others. Specifically thinking about the T model. Do these have Chrome-lined bores too?

I had a M&P15OR it isn't a T but it is Chrome-lined. the only M&P rifle that isn't chrome lined is the Sport to my knowledge.

I liked it while I had it. it would feed everything from federal, Israeli surplus, and wolf. It was a great AR and if I found a good price on another one i'd buy it

I had one and I sold it. I replaced it with a Rock River Arms coyote with a 16" barrel. The RRA is more accurate, less money, and has a better trigger. I got the RRA and never looked back.

    I have one.

They run fine. Hard use capable. It's not a Colt, but they shoot well, hit where they're supposed to (even Colts aren't more than 2-3 MOA guns by government standards) and gets it done.

If you find one for a steal, go for it, otherwise, find a Colt/BCM/LaRue/etc if the price is similar.

I have an M&P 15 M.O.E. edition. I like it it's fairly light, plenty accurate for me, and I got it in a way I could afford it. I am very happy with it. And it is chrome lined.

Here you go. Smith is on the bottom. Its my only "tricked out" AR, the mods are real basic. Guntec USA rail, Magpul vert grip, viking light mount with a Surefire G2, Magpul flip up rear site, it now has an Ergo grip and a magpul MOE buttstock. Oh and ladder rail covers. I like it a lot. Next range trip I am going to test out both the H and the H2 buffer I bought because it does kick brass out hard. Vortex strikefire red dot. I keep forgetting stuff.........BCM gunfighter charging handle, love them.

I had a M&P15 and really liked it alot. Thought I might want to get out of the AR scene and stupdly traded it off, but as soon as I did I wanted another one. Started to go M&P again, but got a great deal on a brand new RRA. The M&P is a great gun.

Once I put the scraps together for a 14.5 inch PSA, I am going to put all the bells and whistles on it and put my Smith back stock. I love the simplicity of a bone stock AR15. This is what the M&P15 looked like for quite a while. I like the fixed A2 stock because I used to take it coyote hunting. When I called for other hunters I always had it to cover the fast hard chargers that came in close. Not the best pic.

    I have an M/P 15 and a M/P .22.

First, the gas block on the M/P 15/M4 (flat top) is too tall for the Pro Mag site I installed. I ended up getting another gas block and new grips with picatinny rails to install Magpul sights. I also have a Truglo optical sight that I need to zero.

The M/P .22 is a blast! I also bought Magpul sights for it as well but haven't installed them yet.

Both have eaten everything they've been fed.

picked up a new M&P15T for $900 right before the current president got elected. has run thousands of rounds all these years with no issues.

the rail was just too much for me since i didn't stick anything on it except a grip.

i am currently building a midlength ar from a Palmetta State Armory kit.

Another question, these M&Ps have removable flash hiders right? just wondering because some of their barrels looked different, i didnt know if they would have a pinned and welded flash hider or one that is just part of the barrel.

Not the best photo but you get the idea. This is the X model with the quad rail.

It just keeps getting better, don't it?
I have one... not sure which one it is. Has the rails up front and A2 FSB so I put on my own NM rear sight and changed out the stock. It's not the MOE. Trigger feels heavier than my other AR's but then again, this has never been fired so maybe the trigger hasn't broken in yet.
