Everyone knows about the Hardees lettuce wrapped burger; great idea, but kind of messy. I've been wrapping burgers at home with a cabbage leaf. Have shared the idea with several friends and everyone prefers the cabbage over the lettuce wrap. Not only does it taste better, but it also totally encloses a typical sized burger and doesn't fall apart. Here's a trick....zap the leaf in the microwave for twenty seconds or so. That makes it more pliable. Some restaurant is going to pick up on this and have a winner.
