    i have a women who is mean, grumpy and just plain thinks the world owes her!!

    started cutting her lawn in the middle of last summer..no matter what i did i didnt do it good enough..

    i started her lawn 2 weeks ago..she is on the list for tomorrow..i have another lawn across the street from hers..was cutting it and she comes over and starts hollering about the lawn is to high, i'm not doing good and she isnt happy at all..it looks like it wasnt cut at all..

    keep in mind its been 2 weeks..told her i cant go lower.she said blaa blaa blaaaa!!
    she said if i didnt want the lawn she would find some one else!!
    i said fine!! told her the first cut was on me and thats that..i think she was shocked.
    then she is running round the street hollering bout work ethic..:rofl:
    i never said a word..tired of getting hollered at by grumpy old ladies..

    LOL! I thought the topic title was to cover something else...good for you! No sense dealing with difficult people, one's job is already difficult enough without customers being grumpy all the time.

    Best thing you did after dumping her, was not saying a word. Shows your professionalism to your current client and any neighbor that may have been peeping out their window. Great job.

    we have a client who sounds kinda like that old lady. She complains about everything. She cant grasp that old equipment, that has been in place way to long and way before we came to us. But doesnt want to spend the cash to purchase new stuff. Then complains when she gets her monthly invoice. Shes bout at that point where we cut our losses and be done with her. Some people just arent worth the time.
