Our dept is in the process of developing a new SGT promotional testing system. Looking for ideas, input and suggestions. Right now our test for SGT consists of a written exam worth 70% and an oral of 30%. You have to have 5 years on before you can test. We will take any suggestions but please be specific and include all bonus points if you get them and for what. Thank You in advance. Also does anyone promote to SGT just solely based on seniority?
