I’m looking for a company that makes professional, custom first aid kits. What I want is to tell them what I need in the kit and have them put it together.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Why not just make you own? I put together a personal jump bag and saved a lot of money over buying one stocked.
Whatever you do, make sure you include some protective equipment (Gloves, CPR barrier/BVM, etc.). Your safety in providing first aid is number 1.

"Custom" as the likely mechanisms of injury will all be the same or "custom" in that in needs to be packed in a particular space/shape/size? HH

My agency want's me to get one for work and gave me a list of what to put together. Of course, they'll pay for it.

I'm the firearms instructor and they want a First Aid/Trauma kit to have at the range.

Sorry, should have been more clear.

Drop me a PM or email with your specs and I'll give you a quote.
I'm running a tactical medicine/gunshot trauma care class in a couple of weeks and I have plenty of stuff ordered.
