I enjoy taking a salad to work for lunch/dinner.

However, I'm less than impressed with the simple Ziploc or Glad bowls. So unimpressed, that I've gotten to the point where I don't even want to take a salad because of the size constraints. I can't mix stuff up the way I want to, and for the most part, the bowls just piss me off to no end.

Does anyone have a bowl they could recommend? I just looked on eBay, searched "salad bowl with lid" and what I liked was $36. No thanks.

So, I figured it was off to the GT collective braintrust. :whistling:

Sorry, we're not salad guys here.

But what would be wrong with simple tupperware and a bottle of salad dressing?

Whats wrong with a big bowl, throw all the other stuff you want in zip lock bags, when ready mix it all up in bowl. Can get bowls at family dollar for a few bucks. I use them for my brass all the time.

    That's not a bad idea.

Usually, all the veggies are put together in a cheap Ziploc or Glad, and then I add feta & chicken from Ziploc snack baggies. I just bring a container of salad dressing.

Guess I could just a big bowl and combine all the **** while at work. Sad to say, never really considered that. :embarassed:

Look around that page they have a lot of different sizes and shapes to fit your lunch box and needs.
At least Tupperware has variety and will hold up for a decade.
