Hundreds of Longshoremen stormed the Port of Longview early Thursday, overpowered and held security guards, damaged railroad cars, and dumped grain that is the center of a labor dispute, said Longview Police Chief Jim Duscha.

Union thugs commiting crimes, what would you do if you were the security guard at the gate?

This is the kind of B.S. that makes me loath the unions. Just another criminal organization.

6 rentacops against 500 ?? To do anything but comply would be complete idiocy. You're not defending your country or anything of personal value.

I would treat it like any other threat! Hey I'm a union guy myself, but if you want to act like a punk and do stuff like that then you get what you get, possibly a bullet to the brain!

As the man said, "You damn skippy I would."

Terroristic threatening, false imprisonment (at least that's what it's called in Arkansas), vandalism, theft, all manner of things.

So you would entrust your life to the Mercy of Criminals...? Not very wise. I personally don't think Mercy is one of the more common personality traits found in your average criminal.
