Since my other thread was closed, I am starting this one to post the conclusion of my experience with Lone Wolf. I am trying to be completely fair to them so, Mods, please don’t close this one. I understand if you felt my other thread violated the rules, but that was not my intent.

Anyway,

I wasn’t getting anywhere by phone or email, so I resorted to The Lone Wolf Facebook page. I received a response in 15 minutes with their apologies and a promise that they would be in contact by phone before the day was over. They kept their promise and called about an hour later. Very courteous and helpful. They solved my issues right then and there. The gentleman I spoke with said that they are extremely understaffed and that he was all by himself answering phones yesterday. He did say that they are in the process of training new people though. Basically, I’d say don’t expect the greatest response to phone calls and emails right now while they are so short handed, but based on how I was treated once I got a hold of them, I’d say they are a good company to deal with and everything should be fine once they get their new people trained.

Good to hear that they are making an effort to do the right thing, and are trying to handle their interior problems. And I imagine they appreciate you putting out a good word for them.

My intent wasn’t to “trash them” exactly. I was 1) trying to figure out if I was the only one to have issues, 2) trying to let others no to avoid them IF that was the norm, 3) trying to find out where others buy oem Glock parts. However, I do realize that I came across as “trashing them” at least to some of you, and that is why I started this thread.

Glad everything worked out. My dealings with them have always been positive. They seem to really care about customer satisfaction.

Honestly, OP, there wasn’t anything you said last night that should have gotten your thread shut down. I’m not a mod but I did see it in its entirety. There was however a lot of piggyback criticism on that thread from people with either similar experiences with LWD or other similar retailers. I’m glad to see that you got the situation taken care of. Hopefully, this thread doesn’t get closed or I might start wondering if Yay, go Glock is the only thing we can say

It wasn't the OP trashing them. You must have read about as much as the mod who closed the thread. Everyone jumped on the bandwagon trashing them. OP specifically asked where to source other parts because of this experience.

Had the OP said, "I'm having issues with lone wolf, where else can I go?" Everyone would have jumped down his throat about a lack of detail and blah blah blah.

Thanks OP for telling the whole story - that is helpful.

One thing for folks to think about right now - for the entire month of January Firearms manufacturers and supporting companies are almost wholly focused on Shot Show, and running skeleton crews at their offices/warehouses. Customer service across the industry lags during this time. Just my 2¢.

They are good people there at Lone Wolf. I remember several years ago when they were having a rough time keeping up with orders. Throughout those times it was always apparent that they cared about my situation as a customer by their communication with me.
These past few years it's been pleasurable getting helped with my questions fast and accurately by using their chat feature. All my orders are like clockwork. Reliable.

The one and only problem i ever had with lonewolf was a stainless guide rod that i installed on my G35. after a few rounds, the guide rod bent, so I reinstalled the factory one and no problems. other than that, I have NEVER had a problem with their parts or customer service.

I've got one of their earlier 23 conversion barrels with the Wolf 40 9 etching on the top. I don't like that. The new 22 barrel has the marking on the left side of the barrel. I like that. They both however shoot like lasers. I REALLY like that.
