Load Developing Data sheets

    Anyone have a load developing data sheet or recommendations of what they use?

    I use a simple log sheet and assign lot numbers. Somebody shared it here, I think.

    Here is a link to a simple spreadsheet, similar to what El Ron posted, that I've been using since '06. (For obvious reasons, I deleted my own reload data.) If I have the settings correct, the spreadsheet may be downloaded and imported into Excel, where you can modify it to your personal likings.

    The batch number references the same data entry that is kept in my reloading logbook on the bench.

    Note that there are worksheets in the spreadsheet for chronograph and COL test data. I use highlighted cells on the main sheet to alert me to batches that have been chronograph tested.

    I made up my own years ago, just keep them in a ring binder. I use the following headers:
    gun
    powder type & charge
    bullet type & weight
    primer brand & type
    OAL
    velocity
    std deviation
    accuracy @ what distance
    test variables like altitude & temp

    Now to buy a chronograph.
