When they first came out with it, STI offered the VIP in .357 SIG. They came out with it again recently but sadly only in 9, 40 and 45 this time.

Will add the STI VIP.. Saw one on gunbroker once...it wasn't cheap. I don't know why it hasn't been mentioned before. STI currently offers one in the Eagle 5.0 model:

http://www.stiguns.com/guns/Eagle5.0/Eagle50.php

They were supposed to offer one in the the Eagle 6.0 but have not listed one on their website yet...

PM me if you would like to buy me one for testng:whistling:

Yes I think so... although the web site doesn't list all the models that the earlier post referenced. I will add the Sig 1911 Nightmare and the Sig 1911 Carry Nightmare. Also have you seen the Sig 224 as seen here
I will add that to the list also!!

Hate to do this....had to put ** by FN FNP-357 and H&K USP Compact and Sig 2022.. Not sure what to do with the S&W M&P's - they are on the website but supposedly the company will only make runs of them for the LE community...

I am adding two to the list. The Sig P250c and the Sig P320c - both compact versions!
The compact version's barrel lengths are listed at 3.9 inches as opposed to the full size at 4.7 inches...
I know the innards are actually the serialized numbered parts, and that you can swap frame sizes and such ( how many people are actually doing that I wonder?), but Sig offers both originally configured in a compact so I will list them. The interesting thing is that on some of the P250c models, you will actually see P250c on the slide as seen here:
http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/...++1+Round+357+Sig+Compact+wNight+SightsBlack+
whereas with the P320c, all I have seen is P320 stamped in the slides!

Lotsa changes! (to the list page 1)

First I Added the Sig 1911 XO replacing the Fastback Carry Nightmare.... If I ever actually see a Carry Nightmare, I will add it back in!
Had to put the dreaded ** next to several pistols
**S&W M&P
**S&W M&P Compact
**Springfield XD 5" tactical model
**H&K P2000 ( V2 & V3 )
**H&K P2000SK ( V2 & V3 )

Removed the ** from Sig 2022...not sure why that was there...

More updates to the list...

The Sig P250 & P320 world is a little confusing what with the modularity and all - however, you can purchase them configured as such:
The P250 comes in
a Full-size
a Compact
a Subcompact
(all can be had in 357Sig)

The P320 comes in
a Full-size
a Carry
a Compact
a Subcompact

They make all but the Subcompact in 357Sig. The difference between the Carry and the Compact is length of grip only.... the Carry holds 14 rounds while the Compact holds one less at 13...
I believe all the stock pistols come with the medium circumference grip and then you can buy the small or large frame/grip module aftermarket ($46)
Anyway list updated as best I know it....

NitLion,I don't think Steyr made a S model in 357sig.However there will very soon be available dropin barrels-I can't wait...;f
Revisiting this - and now with the advantage of hindsight - Steyr did not ever get around to making the s -series in 357 Sig :crying: A quote from their website:

The advanced Steyr Model S auto pistols,
chambered in 9x19 and .40 S&W were
first introduced in 2000 as a compact variant
of the M-A1 series. Both were evolved from
the original M series introduced in 1999 and
produced through 2002. The M series was
Steyr’s first synthetic (polymer) frame semiauto
and the first model to use a Glock-type
safety system which Steyr calls a “Reset Action
Trigger.” In addition to the gun’s unusual
shape, the M Series introduced Steyr’s patented
triangular trapezoidal sighting system,
something that takes a little getting used to.
It was an unconventional looking gun, but
every feature proved to be exceptional, even
the trapezoidal sights. The original M models
were updated in 2002 and 2004 (compact
S-A1 9x19 or .40 S&W, and M-A1 .357 SIG,
9x19, or .40 S&W),
from here:
http://www.steyrarms.com/nc/news/items/article/gun-test-steyr-s40-a1/

Ok...I am removing it from the list. I think now the list is the most accurate it has ever been. Hope I can add THIS:

in the fall!!

Added Sig 1911 Tacops to the list- I have seen both the XO and Tacops listed on Gunbroker but couldn't see a difference. Finally researched a little - there is a difference. The biggest being the Tacop has an ambi-safety and magwell....(also come standard with more mags)
