My FC 5 file server had a TIA the other night. my 4 drive Raid-5 array now refuses to be recognized.

'mdadm -e' on the component drives say that there is no superblock present on 3 of the 4. That one, however, is still there and actually recognizes its partners. If I move the drives around to change their drive letters, 'mdadm -e' even tracks the changes.

The data on the RAID is not life&death, but some of it is irreplaceable.

Can I recover this with 'mdadm --build' or am I SOL? Any other suggestions.
