What do you thing about "A Thousand Suns"
I couldn't get into it the first listen, but it has really grown on me, to the point that I went to quite a bit of trouble to get it on the Blackberry.

After Meteora they went down hill IMO. They were revolutionary and then they got really soft core. That's not what Linkin Park was and I don't understand why they changed.

I think meteora was their best album I loved every track. Since then all the new LP stuff just doesn't do it for me.

ETA bluejacket beat me to it.

I like Park but A thousand Suns is by far their weakest effort to date.

The Cataylst remind me of songs from the 80's. I was listening to it and just keep thinking "who does this sound like?" Don't ask me why but I was thinking Flock of Seagulls. It starts (IMO) weak and I wait for it to take off....and it never does

I listen to Robot Boy and it sounds like Yes

Waiting for the End just plain sucks. It has Reggae type vocal melodies (and don't get me wrong...love Reggae) and it sounds like the whole song came out of a beat box.

I saw them several times when they toured on Hybrid Theory and Meteroa.

Unfortunately, a band I thought would help define the 2000's has become an afterthought.

I can't stand a thousand suns. The biggest piece of dung they have made so far. There are a couple songs I tolerate, but none I enjoy.

I agree. Hybrid Theory and Meteora were awesome albums then I was like "Huh?" Same thing happened to Limp Bizkit. They both lost that raw, for lack of a better word, edge
