Can anyone please provide any info, experience, details, etc. regarding light-laser combos for a Glock 21 with rails? There seems to be so many different models/options out there. Streamlight, Insight, Glock, Quickfire... What is the best bang for the buck? I have a Lasermax system in a G23 which works great, but no light. Would anyone recommend using 2 seperate devices? For example: Lasermax + an M3 Light, instead of an M6 type combo. Any feedback provided would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
In my opinion you are on the right track. Your gun will always have the laser in it and the light can come on and off. If one unit goes down, you won't be down for both units. The two lights to look at are the Insight technology Streamlight M3X or the Surefire X2000. For the money I believe the M3X is the way to go. I think that you will be happier with two seperate instead of one.
