Guys from the radio are dying, now people from page 3. What's happening to us?
That’s a name from the past! It was around the late nineties when I discovered the Great Rushbo and finally took an interest in politics. She was from the era of the likes of Sam Donaldson, Ted Koppel, and Brian Williams. She was on ABC and it was in my first year of getting involved, that I realized that the ‘news’ programs were in no way objective. Of course, she was a ‘commentator’, but she was one of the first pundits I came to really dislike. Anyway, condolences and R.I.P.
I often heard her on NPR.
She always sounded like a nice person.
I found both her and her husband to be complete partisan hacks, although they always did it with a smile. Nevertheless, RIP. Unlike a lot of lefties, I'm not going to celebrate someone's death because of politics.
She absolutely did sound like a nice person.......but, she was terribly biased toward a result, rather than logically concluding a result.
I've heard nothing from her for many years now......but, I did listen to NPR quite often in the 90's and early this century.........
Meh rip, there are far worse than her that are spewing insane bs out of their mouths like chuck todd out there
Why? Like Biden said: they "choose truth over facts". Anything else will just confuse them.
Please enlighten us. What do you and Cokie define as “successful politics?” Is it the corruption of the DOJ, weaponization inoffensive the agencies like ATF and the IRS, the never ending line of multi-millionaires leaving elected or appointed political office, over $20T in debt?
Hey! No tough questions, Cokie isn’t around to digest and analyze your facts!
Getting legislation that benefited constituents.
