The KSP #1 (Ky. State Police) team in Am.G. came in second, but that's pretty good, since one of the members had never shot a Glock match and used a borrowed gun he fired for the first time on the warm-up rack and the other 2 members were shooting their second match of any kind (the first being last October's GSSF). They only decided to form a team that morning, because they were the only 3 troopers shooting, as far as we know.

    Congratulations to you my friend!!

I also want to thank you for your good sportsmanship at the range Saturday afternoon. I've been to events (not GSSF) where competitors who posted a monster score like you did would have been all too eager to boast to a competitor who had not yet shot. You and your dad were true gentlemen not mentioning your outstanding performance when we met in the club house. It would have been very difficult to shoot my best knowing what you had already done. Again, you are a sportsman and a gentleman. It's an honor competing with you.

I look forward to seeing you and your dad at future matches. Take care. Grady

WOW!!! Look at the two top scores on Master Stock. There are lot's of guys out there trying to do that with the U/L gun and these guys are doing it with iron sights!!! My hat is off to you two guys (Grady & David), Great Shooting!!! Now, Grady I have to know. Where did you get those glasses you were wearing when we spoke at the practice plate rack? I think I'm going to have to have a pair of those if they make you see the iron sights that well.

Yep, by 5.72 seconds. Man at this level 5.72 seconds is a world of difference. And one of the fellows at Lex "didn't have his best day". :) I love it! Where will it all end? :)

With the right team members and a good day I could see it going to high 130's, low 140's. I know they still have room to improve. ;)
