Heartbreaking isn't it. I got good news from the prelims. I DID manage to improve my scores from my last match. My Comp and AmCiv scores that is. My UL score went up significantly but that was totally my fault. I tried to run my racegun faster than I should have. Just like a NASCAR driver I pushed to hard and crashed and burned. But no big deal, lesson learned. The fact that I improved my score with my iron sight guns shows me I am on the right track. Now for the next 6 months thia is what I am going to do, shoot 1 stock Glock (G34) and become surgical with it, keep the skills I have developed with my UL gun up along with my other Glocks and maybe try to increase them a little but not at the expense of disregarding my one chosen weapon , learn to relad and buy the equipment, and shoot every available match within 3 hours of me. I do all of that and my next GSSF match should go smoother.

Beautiful range, great weather for shooting and that left me absolutely no excuses for the worst performance in 2 years! Oh well, I'll try to do a little better in Charleston this weekend.

Beautiful range. The weather was perfect on Saturday. SO's were all very friendly and helpful. Nobody has mentioned the fabulous food. How about that pan fried corn bread.
