    Hey All,
    Let's talk Remora for a G26.

I have a Remora for my J-frame, so I understand how well it works for small, light guns.

Although mine doesn't have the ART cut (which enables a full grip while in the holster)...it isn't really needed for how I carry my revolver.

I love my Remora for the j-frame, but had one for my larger K-frame, and couldn't stand it. It felt too small for the gun, and didn't enable me to get a good grip, due to the sweatshield that it had.

My question is this: who among you have a Remora with the sweat shield AND the ART cut?
Would love to see pics of a Remora with a G26/27 riding in it. (even if it doesn't have a sweat shield or ART cut)

I know the owner of Remora is very customer friendly, and will answer any questions...but I am hoping that you experienced users can help me out!
    Thanks!

I'm waiting on a Remora w/ extra magazine pocket to arrive. I carry a G26 and this was recommended by others in this forum. I'll try and get back with a picture and review after it arrives. (Hoping tomorrow.) :whistling:

The pistol is a Steyr S9-A1 but the Remora is the ART cut with sweat shield. The S9-A1 is somewhat smaller than a G-19 and somewhat larger than a G-26.

Just picked this up at the gunshow yesterday. Here's my 26 in a REM-6ART:

Haven't worn it out and about yet but here it is in my lounging around the house shorts (excuse the bare skin) :embarassed: :

    I like it so far.

No substitute for a proper belt mounted holster, but great for a pocket if you're down with pocket carry. I pretty much only carry in a belt mounted holster, because I like the comfort and stability provided that simply isn't available in lesser options. But I like the remora for what it's good at- you can do far worse than a remora.

I am in-between pant sizes right now and my CBST is just too tight to be comfortable in most of my pants.

Picked up a DeSantis Nemesis for my G26, and just love this holster. Can pocket carry, cross draw, and even wear it at 6:00p when I'm on my sport bike. With a good snug belt, this dude isn't going anywhere. Super comfortable. When I'm on the bike, almost forget that it is there. Often catching myself saying "OH *****!!, my pistol has fallen out, or is slipping....but is ALWAYS right where I placed it last. Don't think you can go wrong, and would recommend this style of holster.

The Remora is great for in a coat pocket, but if I wear it inside my waistband I get a rash.

I like mine for the LCR. I'm hoping their tuckable option will be a decent choice for my LC9

I have two Remoras and love them.

My J-Frame is inone everyday at work. It's IWB at about 4:00 with an intucked shirt at my auto parts store, and gets moved into a front pocket if I need to go see customers and want to tuck my shirt in.

I also have one for my Colt All American 2000 that is comfortable for IWB all day long.

Here's my G30 in a Remora #6. I carry it apendix with elastic waist shorts and it stays put. Trick is, put it inside your tighty whities and the added elastic will help keep it in place. Great holster!

I just got a remora for my G27, and I love it! I got the model 6RFT-ART w/SS....I believe thats the one u were looking for, and let me tell you it fits my gun perfect! The sweat shield goes just high enough to cover the slide...

Yes, that is what I was wondering....if the sweat shield would cover the slide...
Also...does the ART cut allow you to get a full "firing" grip from the holster?
    Pics would be outstanding!
