    Here's Mine, 1975 Polish underfolder, P-64 Polish pistol Russian LBE belt with shoulderstraps 4 cell leather belt pouch, Chinese type 81 4 cell chest rig, Smith & Wesson 442 +P in my right pocket loaded
    I have 20 loaded mags 1 loaded 75 rnd drum 1000 rounds of ammo in ammo can, I'm not paranoid I'm prepared.....

    My SHTF plan was to move to a conservative rural town full of armed veterans and retirees. I will watch the riots on TV.

    Nice rig there, Dalton...

    No pics yet, but I will roll with an SGL 31 (with folding ACE skeleton stock & Ultimak) and Glock 17. I also use a US Palm AK Attack Rack or a Padded Belt setup with Taco pouches (both rigs sport dump pouches). I have about 10 30rd mags for the AK and plenty of ammo... for now :)

    My neighbor next door in the yellow house just loves it that I am armed 24/7 it's an elderly women and her daughter, they have me on speed dial if there's a bump in the dark,
    I do a lot for them as they don't drive, my other neighbors love the fact also.
    nobody mucks with me at home or at work, I'm not a badass more like a gentle giant who's not afraid to stand his ground...

    I'd hunker down, and arm my kid that is old enough to shoot. Plenty of guns and ammo. We'd both have S12's ready, along with AR's. Plus a Draco each (an extra krink for me). Scope on the .223 Saiga and a .762 Saiga at my side also.

    Of course, handguns on belts as well.

    Nice to live in a brick building.

    If we had to venture out (depending on circumstances) at least I've got a volvo wagon with four wheel drive. Thick and solid vehicle. I've got a neighbor a couple hundred feet away who I'd try to get over here before I went out anywhere. More guns that i can shoot myself, so friends come in handy. Also, another neighbor who has a Colonel license plate who I need to talk to.

    Nice rig DW. I really need to get locked in on what my actual SHTF load out even is - I have options but have not done what I need to do to be prepared.

    Looks like there's plenty of ammunition and firearms. The one question that remains, when was the last time anyone sought formal training?

    I want to attend a seminar by Sonny Puzikas someday- hopefully early next year when funds permit. There are other good options fairly close to me, but if I'm going to drop big $...

    Me and my brother out doing some shooting and hiking. Mutt Ar15, Glock 17,Kelty Shrike daypack, HSGI Suregrip padded belt with 3 AR and 3 Glock mags, BAE Systems USMC Dump Pouch, Blowout Kit, SOG Sealpup knife, and UHF radio, and flashlight holder.

    In the Kelty Shirke (This is not my BOB but my day/get home bag) is a few more spare mags, more in depth first aid kit, water and food for 24 hours, water purification, spare radio battery, emergency shelter if it takes me longer than a day to get home. I take and add to it when needed depending on what I'm doing. Going to work I don't have my rifle so all I have is one pistol reload in the bag to go with my CC piece.

    You wouldnt want to see it, its tons of food and water and very little guns and ammo.

    No pictures but:
    AK number 1; 7 30 rounders
    AK number 2; 7 30 rounders
    AK number 3; 3 20 rounders and 1 8 rounder (Saiga 308)
    AK number 4; 5 40 rounders and two 75 round drums
    Draco two seperate set ups, one for getting home, 6 20 rounders and the other for close encounters, 7, 30 rounders
    oops! forgot the SKS-M, 7 30 rounders

    True but I am a fan of percentages. It's not an insult as it's difficult to work around work/school/family schedules. It's also expensive. Classes can run from hundreds to thousands when you add in travel, food, hotel and ammunition. A day or two in a class can mean days of sore muscles/joints as well. It's a sacrifice but a lot of fun at the same time. Most importantly I feel it's the responsible thing to do as a gun owner. There's also no better place to test your gear and its location. I'm a huge proponent of training.

    Plus the knowledge you learn helps keep you from being the guy w/ your finger on the trigger w/ a shield in the other hand ;)
