I searched around a little but didnt find anything exactly like I'm looking for.

Anyway, I figured I would start a thread (mods feel free to combined this if there is something else that is similar).

I figured we post pics of a targets. Caliber Glock. Ammo used. And yardage to either brag or seek improvement.

So this is from my Glock 32 .357sig firing Ultramax re-manufacture 125 gr FMJ ammo at 25 yards.

Definitely room for improvement but this is my best so far. I can keep my Glock 17 and Kimber 1911 in the orange pretty easily so I guess I'm still getting used to the G32.

Appears I'm still shooting low left mostly and I contribute that to me getting used to a compact and my trigger finger influencing aim.

That is 23 of the 24 shots I fired.

Oh and for those not familar that is a 10"x12" slow fire target. Its probably a good idea to post either the targets size or the grouping size. The max spread there is 8 1/2". ugh...

Oh and lets try to be honest. I could have key holed at 7 yards and said it was 25 yards but you'll never learn anything that way...

Very nice! I feel like I'm wasting ammo when I blow the center of the target out. hahah

I would too normally, but it was CCI Blazer (steel cased stuff) that I got for about $6 a box, so I figured why not :D

Love the hard drive picture. I disassembled and smashed the discs inside with a sledge hammer when mine crashed, but I'll remember your method next time. ;) Though I'd have to go out into the country, i doubt my range would approve of hard drives as targets!

I'd post my targets, but they are quite pathetic. At 25 yards, Im lucky if I hit anywhere in the target. But, practice makes perfect!.... I hope! Im wasting too much ammo when I miss

He had to destroy it so that no one would find all the pr0n :whistling:

I'll be at the range this week, so Ill take some pics of my horrible shooting.

OP: I wouldn't say it is that bad for 25 yards, you would have shot the **** out of his guts :tongueout:

[G19 w/Warren Tactical sights, WWB ammo, 25 yards] - ten shots fired cold at the start of one of ToddG's practice sessions at the NRA range:

Being Western Digital alone warrants this kind of treatment.

I bought them from a guy who got rid of all of his 9mm guns, so he didn't need them anymore. Nobody else wanted to buy the steel stuff from him, but my 19 doesn't really care either way, so he offered them to me cheap!

Here's a target from my new 21SF. ~100 rounds in the middle, then a 3 shot group lower left. 10 yards, another cold day (40 degrees outdoor range)

Okay, phew, I feel a bit better. How many rounds did you get from him?

And i noticed you keep noting the temp. Forgive ignorance, but does the temp affect the gun that much, or does it more affect the shooter?

I think it was 8 boxes (50 rounds each) total? And then some random loose brass/reloaded looking rounds

As for temp, the gun can handle it just fine. I just note it because I know I shoot better when it's 80 outside vs 35/40

While the temperature may have a negative effect on the shooter, the velocity of the bullets can definitely be less than normal as temperatures decrease. In doing accuracy and chronograph readings of various loads for a variety of gun tests, I've noted no direct correlation between ambient air temperatures versus accuracy.
