Straight out of the camera, other than converting to JPEG with LightRoom.

Iggy. She is a little soft but it is a dreamy-looking soft instead of an out-of-focus soft.

Looks like a great high money soft focus lens did it. But your shot is better than that.....

Is this the new version where you do not have to hold the lens but have the 3 screws to move and hold the lens at the angle you want?

I wanted the Original because is has more diffusion and the photos are more "impressionist" looking. I haven't quite figured out where the sweet spot is and once I do I will be fine.

The 3G is the new one with the screws and it is supposed to be a whole lot better for portraits as you can fine tune the focus.

If Santa had brought me a 3G I would have been tickled but I asked for the Original and got it.

The 2.0 has a larger aperture, no other difference.

    Hope that made sense...

The soft dreamy look is great for her. She is so high-strung and nervous. We rescued her almost two years ago and we know she was abused but no details
