Leftover turkey

    When you have leftover turkey this Thanksgiving, cut it up in to bite size pieces, make your usual potato soup recipe and add the turkey while it cooks.Yum. It's extremely tasty if you have leftover SMOKED turkey.^c

    Sounds real good, i love potato soup but, most of my leftover turkey ends up between two pieces of white bread slathered in mayo!! ;c

    I don't know about potato turkey soup but I do make a tasty turkey rice soup. Carrots, celery, onions, salt, pepper, and rice. very easy and satisfying.

    This week I am making turkey enchilladas with green chile sauce. YUM.
