What do you do when a given issue firearm does not feed well the issue duty round?

Is this even a common thing? We all know we are to test functioning of whatever rd we use, I've never ran across a rd that consistently did not function well, to the point I would abandon it.

Looking for feedback just for curiousity sake.

If the weapon is having feeding problem check

1st IS the weapon clean.

2nd IS the magazine damage or have a weak spring

3rd Ammo is the shooter using good ammo. I've seen guy who have had the ammo in their duty weapon for 4 or 5 yrs.

4th Is the shooter limp wristing the gun.

These are the main things I've seen. In 15 years a Glock Armorer I've replace one extractor that was the cause of a misfeed.
