Hey - you did very well! Not that I'm surprised... :whistling:

I don't want you to get too good and beat me with my own race gun at Conyers.

    :tongueout:

Thanks. Certainly not bragging but the sucky part was I shot a 500 & a 498 in practice Thursday night! :embarassed: I guess it's true what they say about the buzzer! :crying: Overall, I am very pleased with my improvement from past years 482. I hope some of this accuracy carries over to the outdoor matches. I should be able to haul ass and shoot all Alpha's with that red dot! Assuming of course it doesn't falll off the gun! :whistling::rofl:

You have me and my gun confused with Melissa and her gun... Sorry Melissa... :embarassed:

I shot it Saturday and today and couldn't miss. You will have NO excuses.

ETA: In all fairness, Melissa had a screw loose...

So...not knowing anything about GSSF indoor matches expect finding out in a previous post that no time is involved except a par time, can somone explain scoring? I get 500 is a perfect score within the allotted par time and think its the average of the best 2 of 3 scores but what does the average represent? Vo scored 500 w/ an average of 42.5?

    Oh yea....congrats to all.

The 42.5 represents the number of X hits or bullseyes if you will. The target is an NRA D1 and while the center or X ring and the A ring all have the same point value X's are counted to be used as tie breakers. If you look at my score there were 3 494's but I got beat out for 5th place by 3 X's. I wound up in a tie for 6th.
