The latest Liberal attack ad includes images of Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer and some of that party's MPs legally firing guns at a range. One photo even shows MP Michelle Rempel holding a rifle and smiling... which is exactly what people who take the RCMP’s firearms safety course are taught. The ad then starts to warn that the Conservatives “won’t do what needs to be done.”

The Canucks are flushing themselves down the proverbial pooper.

They'd better start smelling the coffee and vote their wimp Trudeau out and stop oppressing their citizens. Don

Leading the liberal parade again: massive expensive gun registration didn't work so let's try this. Pretty soon I'll have to start working for drug/human-trafficing cartels to exercise my right to carry a firearm. I hear the hours and benefits suck. Maybe they'll let me work at one of their Mexican resort mansions. Oh well.

Remember, the overwhelming majority of Canadians live in big cities. Even in western Canada, 80 percent or more live in the big cities. 80 percent of Canadians in Alberta live in a strip of land that has Calgary in the south, and Edmonton in the north.

And city life perverts people's thinking.

Is it really oppression when the voter gets what he wants?

It is......when the average voter is corrupted by propaganda that oppresses other points of view, other than the progressive "agenda".

So a former Police Chief sees no need for guns? Were his Officers armed with Tazer?.
In the city you can stay locked inside at night, help is minutes away. In rural areas of Canada. What us the response time? Hours? Maybe DAYS in winter?

One of his officers was authorized (by him) to carry a handgun 24/7/365. (In Canada, that is a big deal, even for a police officer.) That particular officer also happened to be involved - with him - in a sexual relationship. It also happens that he was married (to someone else) at the time.

Supervisor and subordinate, sex and privilege, trust and adultery... preparations, perhaps, for an aspiring politician.

Liberal candidate Bill Blair, who served as Toronto police chief for a decade, suggested that a handgun buy-back program factored into the Grits’ decision to hold off on a ban, estimating it would cost about $1.5 billion. “The average price of these guns, say, would be somewhere in the neighbourhood of $1,500 — and I haven’t got the precise number on that — and then there’s a million of them,” he said. “I think you can do the math — that’s a lot of money.”
