Well, I did some searching...not much help.

    I don't expect a consensus.

I have never had anything other than factory sights. As I age I like the idea of these glow in the dark night sights. There is a local smith around the corner willing to install them for me.

Is there a general go to brand and style for just keeping it simple? Little glow in the dark dots that will not hang up when drawing from my IWB? I am really not concerned with fancy or long range or anything other than being able to see them a little better. Cost is somewhat a factor. Not the leading factor but I will keep price in mind.

I have Trijicon HDs in yellow on my G19, G26 and G43. I'd have them on my P10c if available, and I'll probably put a set on my PPS M2 soon. They are pricey, but that big yellow front sight is very hard to miss...

I saw those trigicon HD's. I would be happy with them but he says they are out of stock where ever he orders from.

Glock 26. Does just the front post glow or do all three dots glow on those trig icons?

The rear sights have small tritium dots with glow, but they do not over power the front sight, if you know what I mean. Here are a couple of pics.

I have Meprolight green/green on my 26. I am satisfied with them. Also have them on my G20, and just ordered some for my 19.5 as well. I like their warranty, and I think they're very bright - even at an indoor range I pick them up pretty quick considering it is semi low light.

It’s hard to beat the Glock factory night sights. Just send your slide to Smyrna and they will install them at no charge. I bought a set last year and they were only $57.

I try to keep the Glock night sights in stock, too. They are very inexpensive and are essentially the Trijicon Bright and Tough sights.

If price is a concern, you won't beat the factory Glock night sights. However, there are so many different night sights out there (as well as price) it can make it difficult to choose which one is best for you.

My primary carry's are a G19 & G26. One has factory standard sights (metal version) and one has Trijicon night sights. I like them both, however I'm not sure I am sold on night sights as a "must have". I wear bifocals and am 71.

^^Agree - Trijicon HD's used to be the only game in town but they are overpriced, tall, and sharp, IMO -

Ameriglo Spartan Operator are more expensive options as are the Truglo TFX but they are less than HD's -

I like Truglo's Tritium Pro that came out recently to be honest, as well as the Glock factory night sights made by Meprolight - you can't beat $57 installed!
