Latest "19M FDE" on Broker.. WATCH OUT!!!

What a **** seller trying to pass something off for what it’s not. While still a 19M it’s not a FDE 19M like he has it advertised as..

So it’s a Lipseys 19M… while I don’t have 1 still and would like one just because I hate that he’s completely lying about what it is.

He's knowingly misleading bidders and trying to pass it off as something it is not. The listing should be reported/taken down or the seller needs to update his listing and be honest in his description.

Deliberately not showing the Label. Pretty messed up for a seller that is selling some high end firearms.

I wonder if that could be considered fraud? He is misrepresenting a product for financial gain.

I’d assume it could be especially if the label doesn’t match and he doesn’t come clean in the post

I take reports for this all the time, it drives me nuts. First, because usually a little research would have showed it to be a bad purchase. Second, because there are less slimy ways to make a buck. I will try and email gunbroker, but I doubt they care these days.

Someone who doesn’t know any better will get taken and they will not even know it. I thought possibly consignment, but seller confirmed that is not the case.

I’d expect a scam like this from a non rated seller, but someone with an A+ rating and over 60 transactions is surprising.

Also fraud because he’s listed it as new. Since he bought it (his words), it has been transferred already to him, so even if it’s unfired, technically not new.

Correct… it can’t be new once transferred to a person. It can be sold as like new never shot but can’t be sold as new

reported to GB with pictures of the box he sent me, and the previous real listing that already closed. I gave them google searches for both item numbers. Sell told me via email he is reporting me to the atf for harassment.
