In one pic, you have an Aimpoint Micro in an offset mount. In the others, you don't. WTF

Nice setup. This my LaRue Stealth Sniper (16" w/ 13.2" HG) I built about a year and a half ago. It features the LaRue/Magpul UDE furniture.

So what kind of groups are you guys getting with these rifles? Gimme the skinny on ammo you're using to please. By the way, they look great.

First let me say that it looks good...

Second, being a n00b to the whole EBR craze, I am not conversant with some of the customs so I have a couple of questions.

What does 'SPR' mean? Stealth Precision Rifle? And where does the stealth part come in on 'Tactical Stealth Sniper Rifle'?
Why did you decide to put a full-length railed setup on a dedicated long-range rifle?
Is that a QD setup on your scope? I can't see any way to use those backup sights if it isn't.

Just trying to navigate my way amongst the rocks & shoals of this brave new world!

    Special Purpose Rifle

For the bipod which is mounted toward the front end of the handguard. :whistling:

Yes, those LaRue scope mounts have throw levers which make the scope easy to remove. They also return to zero upon remounting.

    Thanks again,

Here's a three shot group from 100 yards away. I was shooting Black Hills moly-coated hollow point boat tail - 69 grain match ammo. The target is 8" in diameter. Larue Tactical claims 3/4" moa target results on their barrels. Their complete upper assembly and lower receivers are expensive, but their accuracy is hard to beat by most AR-15 manufacturers.

I hope you are trying to be funny. It's a three-shot group. I pegged the 4 o'clock shot twice.

I wasn't trying to be anything. I just saw two holes in the middle and 4 more holes all over the target.

You wouldn't believe but some folks around here would shoot that target and if they got a 6 round group like the one I thought I was looking at...they would be pleased and post all about there 1/2 inch Sniper Rifle!!
