I use MagGuts +1 extension in my G43 (I have also used Pearce +1, but I prefer flat plate nags). With my G43, I did have to modify my G43's ejector to get the MagGuts kit to work reliably, but I think this is the exception versus the rule with most G43's. My issues with the MagGuts kit and my stock gun was with the last round jam of wide mouth hollow points like my carry round the Federal HST 124gr and Speer GD 124gr.

If I were to keep it simple and just go with the "Factory 6 Capacity Mag" (just get extra mags to fill at home before hitting the range) where would you buy those ?
I could not find them for sale on the Glock Site

He’s talking about “Glock Store” which is horribly overpriced on everything.

If you make a sizable order from optics planet, you can chat with the CS folks online and negotiate a better price. (Over $200 or so)

PS - I have had a number of orders larger than $200 with them, definitely left some money on the table.
