I'm a fan of Dawson's adjustable sight. Adjustable sights or the ability to drift your own and swap out the desired front height can really make your Glock seem way more accurate in your hands when it's SPOT ON tracking where you're a pointing.

Not all that hard to install yourself with the right sight press, and to remember to place a bit of plastic (cut up pieces of credit card) between the sight itself and the press tool contacts all points of the sight and slide.

I took it to the gunshop to get it installed and the guy broke the sight pusher on it. Luckily there was a gunsmith next door to finish the job.
