I have a 1994 Toyota LandCruiser. I have used it for my job, I am an auditor, but my company says it is too old and they will no longer pay for me to drive it. It looks and runs great. I just put new: brakes, tires, belts, and had the AC serviced. It runs GREAT. PM me if you are interested or want more pics and info.[IMG]

Nice rig. Your company can't tell you what to drive as long as it is reliable for you.

My company pay xxx amount for the use of my vehicle. They want us driving something less than 10 years old. They have granted me exceptions in the past due to the condition of the vehicle. They have now told me to get a newer vehicle or they will cut my allowance in half. Just to pizz them off I intend to get a 1997 LandCruiser.

If you have a company gas card in addition to the allowance I'd recommend punishing them financially with a V-10 3/4 ton pickup.

Might want to add a price and mileage to your ad.

The problem is that I drive about 2500 miles a month. I need something that will take a lot of miles with very little problem. That is why I love the LandCruisers. They are also very comfortable to ride in. This week I have filled up everyday. I don’t use to low grade gas either.
You are right I forgot to put price and miles. Here goes, 261,000 miles and I am open to price. IMO miles mean very little on these things.

Somewhat interested but not interested in spending the time haggling just to find out your minimum price is more than my max. Whats your price? Interior Pics?

Why put yourself in the position to have to buy another used land rover next year?

If you want to really pizz them off buy the last year Pontiac Aztec, paint it hot pink and lime green , then paint "SPONSORED BY (your company name goes here) Do this on every visible surface in big letters so that it can be plainly seen from a distance.

...or you can get something newer that you really like and forget about the punishing yourself to punish them plan.
