I got a call from Laiza Ponce just now. As can be expected, she is at Clark selling her wares for the entire duration of the BOGTC.

Unfortunately, she claims to have been victimized by a shooter using a Glock pistol yesterday. The shooter came up, wanted to check the Meprolights sights, Laiza handed him the package, he didn't buy it so he returned the package to her. It was only now that Laiza found out the Meprolight package was empty.

She can identify the shooter by face. I'm posting this at Laiza's request. I hope this is just a misunderstanding and will be resolved without incident. The pinoy shooting community is very small, and Laiza's stall is a fixture at major matches.

    Fish tayong lahat:thumbsup: :)

How much does a Meprolight cost there?? Such a shame someone would compromise their integrity for a few thousand pesos.

To think that he can afford a Glock and yet, needs to steal a sight is just too pathetic.

    'kapal naman ng tumira nun!

Laiza is such a nice person to talk with. I only met her once, last year's gunshow. Its indeed a shame na merong mga tao na malikot kamay.

im sure whoever took it will always have MIKES and hopefully, KB!!:burn:

baka naman meron lang butas un package kaya nahulog yung sights sa mga kamay ni glock shooter or baka naman iba nakakuha. imho she should ask the glock shooter nicely about what happened to the package and then tingnan kung ano maging reaction.

    Amen to that bro!

Someone also got a package of SureFire batteries from the stall during the gunshow...even if that's only P200, theft is theft.

it is not unusual these days, even a President of a country would steal and most government officials. I appreciate & respect those few who are not corrupt even though they are in hard times.
