    A LAW without a rocket. in other words a hollow tube. When I was in the army we used to use them to carry coke and beer cans into the field.

    We had a guy do it at a buy back here in Indy... I don't think he was actually offering to buy though, he was just offering to tell people the actual value of their firearms (had a blue book handy)

    He said most of the stuff getting turned in wasn't worth the $75 gift card they were getting.

    Mostly junk/inoperable stuff.
