Kydex MTS2000 radio holder

    Can anyone point me to a Kydex holder for a Motorola MTS2000 radio? Obviously it needs to fit on a duty belt so 2 1/4'' belt loop is a must. I looked at Blade-Tech and they carry some for the Moto XTS series of radios and I'm not sure if the will hold the MTS2000.

    (The MTS2000 isn't listed, but you never know.)

    That would take up a ton of room unnecessarily, IMO.

    Center of Mass makes one for the XTS3000 and 5000. I think the MTS2000 as well.

    we used a kydex for a while issued to us..some used kydex others leather...after a year we were told no kydex the kydex was rubbing the screens so bad we were replacing radios,,,i now just use a belt clip on the back of the battery,,seems to work pretty well..i think our kydex/plastics were made by motorola or uncle mikescant remember

    Portaclips are not kydex, but are popular with many forum members.

    Nothing that a small piece of soft "loop" velcro applied to the inside wouldn't fix.
