Is this the guy in Georgia?????

    -----------------Savanah Times - December 30th 8:32AM

An eighth grade Savanah Middle School student was questioned briefly today, by the school Physical Education teacher, following an incident on the school playground.

Mat Harry Boseman claims to have been playing cops and robbers on the playground, by himself, when Patty Jamison snuck up behind him and tried to remove a stick, which he had been using as a handgun, from the pocket of his Old Navy jeans. Mat, being a huge fan of the blockbuster hit "Kung Fu Panda", claims to have reacted instinctively by pulling Miss Jamison's hair and taunting her by repeatedly chanting "Fatty Patty, Fatty Patty, Fatty Patty...". Several students witnessed this altercation and approached the scene with their hands in the air in an attempt to avoid any name calling being directed at them.

Robert Polize, the school PE teacher, responded quickly to the disturbance. Little Mat remained calm when questioned; his stick handgun securely in his front pocket. Mr. Polize questioned Mat and several other students; however, Miss Jamison was too upset to make a statement. She was escourted to the school nurse station where she was allowed to calm down and brush her hair. We have unconfirmed reports that Patty was simply concerned that little Mat might poke his, or another student's eye out with the stick.

Mat was sent to his home room and told not to go anywhere until this was all sorted out. He was also told to give some thought to whether or not he had exercised proper restraint and control. He did contact his mother, Mrs. Boseman, using his iPhone, and she told him not to worry about it and that she would make it "go away". She informed him he had done nothing wrong and that he was only doing what he had seen on "kung Fu Panda".

As it turns out, Mrs. Boseman is a very close and special friend of the school principal, Mr. D. A. Buckstop. While the nature of their relationship shall remain a topic for another time, it is understood that Mrs. Boseman visited with D.A. Buckstop and spent the last 45 minutes of the school day behind closed doors reviewing a video of the incident that was captured on the cell phone of one of the witness students.

The whole matter was cleared up by the next morning, but unfortunately little Mat's father had to go without dinner last night as Mrs. Boseman and Mr. Buckstop were forced to review the video of the incident into the wee hours of the morning.

Mat has not decided whether to push for expulsion of Patty Jamison, but indicates that the video of the incident is being kept confidential until the matter is fully concluded. It is understood that a nameless attorney was somehow involved; however, the attorney wishes to remain anonymous to avoid any addition income that might be associated with his swift handling of the matter.

I heard the kid posts on some internet stick rights forums. He has a sigline that says,

"Touch my stick and you will have a lifetime of stories to tell your babysitters."

Some of those names sound fictitious. Why wasn't school out for the holidays?

what is a kid doing with an iPhone anyway? I sure wouldn't buy my kid (If i had kids) an iPhone, they would be lucky to even get a cell phone at all.
