So I bought a g27 drop in match barrel last week and went to the range tonight! Let me say every single round jammed it fired it would not eject the next round would butt up against the empty case. Now I was using factory Speer gold dots, factory winchester white box and my personal reloads which were set at 1.135 for 180's. I contacted them tonight hope to hear back tomorrow. What do you guys think happened?

I would get a refund and shoot the stock barrel, reloads and all. Just keep it clean.

    I don't know about KKM.
But Storm Lake barrels are actually semi drop in.
9 out of 10 or so barrels are true drop in.
But an occasional barrel requires minor fitting by a gunsmith.

    KKM is a reputable company.
I would contact them and give them an opportunity to resolve your issues.

The chamber is either a little too rough, or a little too large. That barrel has to go back. Ain't no big deal; they'll fix it for you; and with a quality aftermarket barrel you'll, not only be able to easily fire lead bullets, but, you'll also start to notice improved accuracy.

(I don't own a Glock pistol with the original factory barrel installed. All of my Glocks are fitted with extended Bar-Sto Precision barrels.)

So I contacted Luke at KKM Precision today and he is going to send out a new barrel and triple check it great guy. And also send a return so he can check the barrel that had given me the mishaps! He thinks it might be the lock up maybe they milled it over a lil too much hes goin to check and let me know. Great guy and great customer service. A+

Your situation is the opposite of my experience. I have a KKM .40 barrel for my Glock 32 which dropped right in and functions flawlessly with anything that i put through it - factory or handloads, jacketed or plated bullets. Over 6,000 handloaded rounds with Montana Gold and Rainier plated bullets and still going strong. Request a replacement barrel or a refund and use your stock barrel in the interim.

    Good to hear.
    KKM is first class.
    Everybody makes mistakes.
How they deal with them is what really counts!

You can just about bet the farm the second barrel will be perfect.

KKM in my G27 = 100% reliability. Good luck on the 2nd barrel.

Thanks guys! And Barth he was like I will triple check the barrel before it leaves today! He kept apologizing I told him no worries Kkm is where it's at and I made a lone wolf barrel joke and the guy laughed.

My only experience is with Storm Lake.
In my G27; 9mm conversion, 357 Sig and 40 have all been flawless out of the box.
With Speer GDHP, Winchester Ranger T-Series and Federal HST.

I just ordered a KKM barrel for my 26 yesterday.
Wasn't sure what kind of improvement to expect over the stock in the little gun.
