Does anyone use a KKM Barrel for self defense in their carry gun.
I use a Lone Wolf, 9mm Conversion Barrel, in my Glock 23 for carry, many hun. of rounds, too many to count fired through it without a mishap...
Is there something wrong with the OEM barrel?
A friend shoots IDPA with a 34 with a 9mm KKM barrel.
I considered getting one (hoping my 30 yard accuracy was a hardware problem).
We swapped guns (both 34's) he was more accurate with mine (OEM) and I was more accurate with mine (at 30 yards).
My 34 probably has 20k rounds through it.
I have a 6 inch KKM 357 sig barrel in my 35. I have carried it many, many times. The biggest thing is to shoot lots of rounds thru it to make sure it's reliable. Mine has several thousands rounds thru it and 100% reliable.
I have KKM barrels in all of my Glocks. I have a G19, G23,G32 and a G30. I think the KKM barrel is just fine for CCW use.
Sometimes I keep my G20 with the KKM barrel by my bed for HD.
It is a sweet shooting gun with that barrel, as a matter of fact it is sweet with the OEM.
Yes. I carry my G29 with KKM extended barrel. Great barrels- I've never had an issue with it and feel 100% confident in the setup.
"Is there something wrong with the OEM barrel?"
Yeah. It's not CUSTOM!
Sorry, my mistake. Custom guns always impress BG's.
I carry a subcompact with an OEM compact barrel.
