I was looking through the list of installed programs in Control Panel by clicking Start > Control Panel > Add Remove Programs and in the list it generates, there I find Kazaa Media Desktop 2.5.1.

I have never downloaded this on purpose or installed it to the best of my memory. But yet, there it is.

When I click on Change/Remove a little window pops up that says
    "Error Loading C:\Windows\System32\CD_clint.dll
The specified module could not be found."

    I am using XP Pro.

I then did a search of the Registry, but no listing of Kazaa is found.

Can someone tell me what is going on here?

    Thanks.

cd_clint.dll is a file from cydoor spyware junk. sounds like it is a file necessary for the uninstall wizard to uninstall the program, but it has already been manually deleted (the .dll, that is)

either install this software and then uninstall it properly, (you can use a freeware uninstaller as well) or use some program to delete the instalation entry from add/remove. (i use superutilities 1.9)

What fatlander said! Installing it and then uninstalling it should get rid of it.
