I am buying a P11 this year to carry. How would I carry this if going to a formal dress event? Do they make a garter belt carry system of sorts? I don't want to have to carry a small clutch purse if I don't have to, or hide it in my bra.

I suppose you could try SmartCarry (though I haven't tried it myself) or a belly band...though the former can be uncomfy if you're short-waisted. Heck, I'm long-waisted (at 5 10") and they're worse than a girdle.

In any case, you'd have to hitch up the dress to get to them.

I'd cruise the net for custom designs for ladies' thigh-rigs. You could probably devise one if your dress is more of a broad-skirt than a sheath.

Don't buy a SmartCarry with this in mind - you'll look like a crossdresser. Belly band would probably work. You could wear it higher, around the ribs.

    Or a purse.

Given the miniscule size and wait of a P-32 or P-3AT, would one of these in a thigh rig be better for carrying while in a formal dress?

PS - Us guys have it lucky. Formal dress puts us in a suit coat of some kind which makes a perfect cover garment.
