Isn't it funny that sanctimonious journalists are becoming more and more irrelevant due to blogging and the internet?
Payback is hell.
lol. paybacks a *****
From the article linked:
"In the latest development in this tit-for-tat invasion of privacy, a group of hackers have announced that they've broken into the Journal News' subscriber database. The group is sending the database of customers' names, addresses, and passwords to anyone that requests it."
Considering that many people use the same password for EVERYTHING, some of the Journal News subscribers who have inputted a password into this database should be scrambling to change their PWs on every other site they use,,,, wow.
Wow, if I subscribed to that rag I'd be pissed.
This is why I refuse to "create an account" on every stinking web site I visit.
Serves them right.
DUDE just using the internet your info , address , picture of your house , your dogs name , your mailman can all be found in minutes .
"There is the rule of law, and there is right and wrong and the Journal News is clearly wrong," Putnam County Clerk Dennis Sant said in a statement. "I could not live with myself if one Putnam pistol permit holder was put in harm's way, for the sole purpose of selling newspapers."
Damn: a public official with common sense. Give that man a promotion. He's smarter than virtually every politician in the USA.
