So dealer spends a million in bribes for 14,000 sales of lower priced LEO weapons to non LEOs... right? 1,000,000 / 14,000 = 71.43 per outlay, say he made 150 each. 150 * 14000 = 2,100,000 less outlay = $1,100,000... and 18 months loss of liberty, rights and business forevermore...

Was it worth it? I wonder...

Oh I forgot, add legal fees to his woes. Definitely not worth it then.

Stupid Twits. This isn't the Mideast where baksheesh is a way of life... yet.

It may be interesting to see what kinds of sentences the others get. And I agree this sounds like a fairly foolish scheme based on the presumed numbers. And not that any amount would make a difference, but I wonder of part of it was either a better price for more guns (I presume that there is a better price on buying 400 Glocks at one time than buying say 12) and/or being able to get the guns quicker and more reliably.

I live in the KC area..OMB was the store in question..All of the stuff hit the fan a few years back and they abruptly closed their doors...One thing that was alleged , Glock would send a Blue label LE pistol to OMB, with 3 mag's..
OMB had a label maker..They would remove one mag, put on the white sticker and sell to civilians..No wonder they always had a sale on Glock mags..

Is that guy's name really "Welcome D. Wood" ? (His parents must have had a sense of humor... I guess that's why he goes by "Bo")

So the men didn't take the plea deal in exchange for not prosecuting their wives. It's sad when government goes after their wives for leverage.

Almost as sad as when wives conspire with their husbands to commit felonies.

That kind of thing worried me a few years ago when I bought two mags from a dealer in SC that were not packaged. Mags were fine but I was worried I had bought some that had been swiped from guns that were supposed to come with three.

Posted about it on here, was told to not worry about it and it is common to see Glock mags for sale without packaging.

I have purchased several items, including firearms, from OMB. I even bought from them when they were in the warehouse area off 95th and I-435. Then, they moved to Strange Line, down the road from his brother's store, Express Police Supply (that was a kickass store). Now, OMB is still off 151st and I-35; the felon's last location. Very nice indoor range-so I've heard...I refuse to pay their prices, for a place to shoot. Their showroom has better and worse moments. Last time I was in there, they had an "under new management" sign. No surprise there.

They have a pretty nice range. Too bad they don't let you keep your brass.

It was the first place I seen a Glock bayonet in person. I lol'd. But they had a G-18 and an M16 for rent at $65 an hour. Tempting.

Well, from the sounds of it they were active in hiding the profits of the scheme... sounds like they should have been prosecuted

So Glock didn't have the proper internal controls in place to prevent something like this from happening and now the taxpayers get to pick up the tab for a screwup by another multi national corporation.
