Now how is that community supposed to hate their police when they run around doing stuff like that?

I don't get the reason for the nonsensical thread title. :dunno:

Who's going to click on a thread titled "Cop does something nice"?

The funny thing is I'd read this article earlier tonight, and still knew this was what it was going to be when I clicked it.

Well we can certainly rule out 98% of the jack booted bastards on here...and Cochese already has a couple of commendations...and I have it on good authority that certain blue members here would rather self immolate than have any good deed taint the carefully manicured image of tough-ass...

    :thanks:

Kidding aside, that was a super cool act of humanity from the officer, an act many can probably learn from.

    Humanity aint dead after all.

I would've flipped out on that cop if the pizza was plain. If it wasn't peperoni I would've screamed in his face...."IT'S ON CUZ!"

I was in the check-out line at a grocery store once and the lady in front of me, when she got her cost total, was putting some items back to reduce the cost. Apparently she could not afford everything she had put in her basket and the sad part is that her initial total was just over $20. I was observing the items in her basket as well as the ones she was putting back and it was all legitimate food, not junk food or stuff like that. She ended up putting back a loaf of bread, milk and a couple of other items. I told the cashier to add the items onto my bill but to bag them up for the lady to take with her.
I told my wife about the incident like a month or two later.

And so far, a quarter of them are from cops.
