My son left for college 3 weeks ago. While football season is not happening, the team shares a dorm and are doing physical workouts. Running, lifting, that sort of thing. First weekend of school most of them attend a party off campus. The whole dorm is now on quarantine. 13 of my son's teammates have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and 6 are showing symptoms, and 2 are hospitalized. My son has tested positive, but so far is showing no symptoms.

I am worried. A kid down the road from us went to Daytona Beach for spring break, despite his parents begging him not too. He was diagnosed with COVID and developed ground glass syndrome. He is going to live, but because he will never play sports again he lost his scholarship.

I will say a prayer for your son. Hopefully he is one of the lucky, strong, young ones.
