/sigh. It is a 12-15 month wait. My blood hurts.
What do you want...sympathy?
ill bet if you look on buds twice daily youll have one before then.
Can you get those customized to your liking or do they come only one way?
Springfield Custom rocks.
Hang in there you will be very glad you did! Everyone has their "horse" in the race and defends their brand....BUT all I can tell you is search gunbroker, etc. for Wilson, LB, Brown, etc., and you will get pages of them for sale. Not a bad thing, just a fact. Now do the same for a Pro.
I got lucky and walked into my favorite gun shop and they had a PC9111 and a PC9111R. I new that would never happen again in my lifetime so I took savings that I really shouldn't have to buy them. They are great pistols but more than anything they are hard to find and like anything hard to find, well... we all know about supply and demand.
So for me, even if they are the same as a Wilson, LB etc., I would rather have one of them for that reason.
Good Luck, and enjoy the experience.
I waited close to 18 months on mine, so no sympathy from me
Only in about 10 months on my Custom Carry though.
The Pro only comes two ways, with a light rail and without. If you want options, the Custom Carry is the best choice.
I received my custom carry in 7 months but it was fairly straight forward. I am very impressed with SA's custom shop. I talked my wife into me getting a nice 1911 since next year is the 100 year anniversary lol. So I went aheah and placed my order. Hopefully I will have it in my hands by next Christmas.
I went wild on one CC and mild on the other. They told me 6-9 months when I ordered them. Still not a bad wait.
My wild one is off for finish, hope to have it soon.
Who did you order it from? Was their price competitive with Bud's reserve price of $2,499?
Gotta' agree with bac.
I think the PRO is well worth the wait.
Congrats fella !
Certainly better than waiting a whole year for another "custom" brand that rhymes with "Confusion"
Beats 6 years for a LAV.
That is very nice
Thanks, that's a colddeadhands pistol for me. And a Les Baer era gun to boot.
Yeah, I wouldn't ever sell that, OM.
congrats it will be awesome
