A couple guys I know opened a gun shop where I'm from. They specialize in building tactical rifles and selling all sorts of tactical gear. I let them build a rifle for me. Here is what I built:

    Spikes Tactical Lower
    YHM Upper
    YHM Fluted Barrel (1:7 twist)
    YHM Rifle Length Diamond Forearm
    BCM Gunfighter charging handle
Surefire Nitrolon Light with VLTOR mount
    Foregrip with pressure switch
    Eotech 551
    Magpul MBUS Front & Rear
    Magpul MOE Grip
    Magpul CTR Stock
    Magpul Trigger Guard
Magpul ASAP Plate with MS2 Sling
    Magpul Rail Covers

I think that the rifle came out very good. Haven't had a chance to bring it to the range yet, but I will within the next week or so. The name of the shop is Allstar Tactical, check them out on Facebook. You can see pics of their other work.

good looking rifle. you may want to back up the light just a bit so it doesnt get blasted so much.

You may want to look at mounting your light on either 3 or 9. Having it at that location will make it harder to zero the gun as there will not be much space to rest the gun on.

Also, mounting the eotech in a matter that it splits the upper and handguards isnt recommended. Rails, even free floated rails, can still be bent or have enough pressure applied to them to "adjust" your zero for you.

Thanks for the advice. I asked them why they had the light underneath, but they said that because the muzzle end has the open sides, they say that the flash and gases exiting the chamber will get the light dirty. The muzzle doesn't have an open spot on the bottom. I am going to pull the Eotech closer back, I just haven't had the time to mess with it yet.
