After 10+++ years of wanting one...

I'm all ears if anyone has any tips, ideas, guidance, or recipes...

I know the canister needs to be frozen in the freezer overnight and that the mixtures
need to be pre-chilled quite cold for best results...

    I'll be Atkinizing these recipes...

    BUTTER BACON CRUNCH!
    Yeah!

I have one of these, and Atkins has made me think about getting it back out. I saw a good bourbon-mint ice cream that I think would work well with Splenda. Also, I'd been thinking of making daiquiri ice cream (Splenda makes a great simple syrup in cold water).

I have to say that leaving the canister in the freezer was a giant PITA. We did it for about a year (and made a lot of ice cream during that time), and then eventually put it up in the cupboard where it's sat ever since (c. 8 years).

Perhaps I'll get it back down - post if you find a recipe that you like!
