again this is just a trade feeler,
but i'm thinking of trading my Kahr PM9 with the black tungsten DLC and night sights with a bunch of goodies for a para hawg 9 or even the carry 9, or any other 1911 9mm that's carryable. like an STI LS9, let me know...

What are you looking for outright on the gun shipped to my FFL?

Trading a kahr for an STI is like trading a hyundai for a porsche. If you have such an opportunity I would jump on it post haste.

<< owns an STI Edge.

i thought it would be fair, as the msrp on both weapons are similar
IE..

Kahr website MSRP PM9094N (3" Barrel)
Black polymer frame, matte blackened stainless steel slide with Tritium night sights
MSRP: $958.00

and the STI LS9 MSRP is $899.15

both off their websites...

the STI is a fantastic gun, sights arent great but it shoots like a dream. the MSRP from Kahr is a bit high, real world price for a new PM9 DLC is $675-700, about $629 for the stanless model without night sights, factory night sights from Kahr are $59.99. The STI is going for $825 give or take a few dollars, they used to be closer to $750 but it seems STI has raised their dealer costs (or dealers have because of the gun craze.) 9 months ago i purchased an STI trojan for $923.00 the same gun in 9mm(same MSRP) cost me $1100 last month. if i were you i wuld sell the PM9 and add $300-400 and get a Springfield EMP or STI Rogue, escort, or Ranger in 9mm. The slide on the LS9 is a bit squared off and you might have some holster trouble. Plus you will be hard pressed to find many LS9's floating around the used market, most STI owners hold on to thier guns.
