Go ahead and try the different grip inserts at the range under live fire and see which one works best for you. Other than that, just go shoot the thing and enjoy it!
Also think about maybe picking up some G23 mags as reloads and maybe a 22lr upper to save on ammo costs and enjoy some cheap trigger time.
