First question: will Demsheviks nominate a presidential candidate who is about to be put on trial and in the not too distant future may be be convicted of corruption and traffic of influence in Ukraine?

Second question: does the US have an extradition treaty with Ukraine?

Why not? I mean last time around they chose an old drunken corrupt hag. At least Biden hasn’t had anyone killed (that we know of).

Ukraine and the United States do not have an extradition treaty. Foreigners who commit serious crimes in Ukraine are, as a rule, tried and sentenced in Ukraine.

yesterday beck played some phone calls with biden and I believe kerry when they called ukraine and confirmed the prosecutor was fired...

    https://www.redstate.com/streiff/20...ne-phone-calls-may-require-a-special-counsel/

    https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCy5CvZAyn7skY1OCrg0VcYw/videos

A leaked series of alleged phone calls from 2016 indicate former Vice President Joe Biden linked the firing of Ukraine’s top prosecutor, who was probing a company with ties to his son, to more than $1 billion dollars in U.S. loan guarantees.

Lutsenko, who is now being investigated for public corruption, would go on to close the probe into Burisma. In October 2019, the Ukrainian government opened a review of Lutsenko’s decision. Earlier this year, a Ukrainian court expanded that probe by ordering an investigation into Biden’s role in Shokin’s ouster.

I think the Deep State here in the USA is responsible for these revelations because they want to get rid of Biden ... he is a proven puppet and would be perfect for the Deep State, but .... in his gaga state he might be beyond what is capable of a good airhead puppet like Obama. In short, Biden might be too far gone, and the Deep State is trying to find a way to get rid of him. But then the Bernie specter looms ..... The convention is going to be a laugh riot ... they will probably cancel it!

How will Democrats even know about this? It isn't likely to ever be mentioned on CNN or MSNBC or the Huffington Post.

EDIT: searching Google indicates that this story probably isn't true.

Though we don't have an extradition treaty with the Ukraine any more, we do have a Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty.

    https://www.congress.gov/treaty-document/106th-congress/16/document-text?overview=closed

The Treaty is one of a series of modern mutual legal
assistance treaties being negotiated by the United States in
order to counter criminal activities more effectively. The
Treaty should be an effective tool to assist in the prosecution
of a wide variety of crimes, including drug trafficking
offenses. The Treaty is self-executing. It provides for a broad
range of cooperation in criminal matters. Mutual assistance
available under the Treaty includes: taking of testimony or
statements of persons; providing documents, records, and
articles of evidence; serving documents; locating or
identifying persons; transferring persons in custody for
testimony or other purposes; executing requests for searches
and seizures; assisting in proceedings related to restraint,
confiscation, forfeiture of assets, restitution, and collection
of fines; and any other form of assistance not prohibited by
the laws of the requested state.

Which means we are bound BY LAW to treat someone under criminal investigation in the Ukraine as if they are under that investigation here. They will be required to give testimony, under oath, if criminal charges are brought against them in the Ukraine.

Now... the Leftists will of course protest this, they will find an activist leftist federal judge to block it, and it will end up before the SCOTUS... ...who will likely find it unconstitutional.

These treaties have not been tested in the high court.

Trying to prosecute the DNCs fake presidential candidate would certainly result in a SCOTUS evaluation of this and similar treaties.

Just wait until he becomes president and he visits Ukraine then they can arrest him there.

C'mon guys, BACK OFF! I want Joe to get the nom. The fireworks at the convention (if they don't use the rona as and excuse not to have one) will be epic! And, the debates between him and Trump will be better than Abbot and Costello "Who's on first?"

Pfft, nothing will come of it. The Senate judiciary committee can't even agree to subpoena Obama on "Russian Collusion" and FISA warrants.

Quid Pro Joe already bragged on video how he blackmailed the Ukraine president to fire the prosecutor investigating Burisma and Hunter Biden. Clearly stated he had 6 hours to fire the prosecutor or 1billion dollars in aid to Ukraine would be denied...When the Ukrainian president told Joe he didn't have the authority to with hold the money,Joe told him to call TRAITOR44(Obama). Obviously TRAITOR44(Obama) was part of the cover up...Yet the Democrats wanted to Impeach President Trump claiming he threatened to with hold aid to Ukraine during his phone call to the new Ukrainian president if he refused to investigate the corruption involving Joe Biden/Hunter Biden and Burisma....talk about hypocrisy and Lib Logic!!!

Re-enactment of moment Biden got the nickname:

Campaign Advisor 1: "Damn it, can he remember what state he's in, or what office he's running for?!?"
Campaign Advisor 2: "Nope. Nothing sticks."

Biden should mysteriously wind up in the Ukraine. You know, the same way Adolf Eichmann wound up in Israel for trial.

For you young people, Google it.

Doesn't matter if the Ukraine can extradite Joe - he can't remember anything. But, if they can extradite Hunter he may start to sing. With the billions of dollar involved with Ukraine, China, etc, it wouldn't surprise me to find that Obama was cashing a few foreign checks.

Maybe if they threaten his son Hunter with prosecution, Joe will plead guilty. I've seen that tactic used before.
